I design the systems where traditional business meets Web3.
I'm Mimit. I turn messy operations into systems that run, bring products to the buyers who need them, and decode Blockchain, Web3 and DeFi through DBW3D.

01Profile
Most products don't fail at the idea. They fail in the machinery behind it.
I work on the part of a business most people skip: how the work actually flows. Who owns what, how decisions get made, which numbers matter, and how a product reaches the people who will pay for it.
Right now that work sits where traditional business meets Web3. Companies want what blockchain makes possible, but it has to fit the way they already operate. That gap is where I build.
I also create DBW3D, where I decode Blockchain, Web3 and DeFi for builders and businesses who want substance over noise.
02What I bring
Four disciplines, one operating system.
I bring the strategy, the structure and the path to market. The goal is always the same: a business that works on an ordinary Tuesday, not just on launch day.
Two worlds, one operating system. Hover or tap a node to see how they connect.
Operations strategy
Turning ambition into a working operation: clear priorities, real owners, simple processes and the numbers that show it is working.
- Operating models
- Process design
- KPIs and reviews
Systems architecture
Mapping how people, data and tools connect, then designing systems that keep up as the business grows instead of breaking at the next stage.
- System maps
- Automation
- Data flows
Go-to-market execution
Positioning, pipeline and launch plans aimed at buyers, not just users. Building is half the job. Getting it bought is the other half.
- Positioning
- Pipeline
- Launch plans
Web3 education
Making Blockchain, Web3 and DeFi make sense for teams and businesses through DBW3D, so decisions rest on substance instead of noise.
- Blockchain
- Web3
- DeFi
03Creator
DBW3D: Decoding Blockchain, Web3 & DeFi.
DBW3D is where I break the space down to how it actually works: the mechanics, the real use cases and the risks, in plain language. Less noise, more understanding.

05Field notes
On teams, buyers and the problems of tomorrow.
A note I shared on X, and the principles I work by because of it.
Read more on X(opens in a new tab)I am looking for teams so we can solve the problems of tomorrow.
- Job market is falling.
- Startups are failing.
- Everyone wants to be a solopreneur.
- Where are the buyers if all build?
- Who is maintaining what?
- Then comes Web3—most are just chasing FUD.
Let's fix this together.
Operating principles
Teams over solo
The problems worth solving are too big for one person. I would rather build with people whose strengths cover my gaps.
From the note: “Everyone wants to be a solopreneur.”
Buyers before builds
If everyone builds and nobody buys, nothing survives. Go-to-market is part of the product, not an afterthought.
From the note: “Where are the buyers if all build?”
Maintenance is the work
Launch is day one. Systems need owners, documentation and care long after the announcement.
From the note: “Who is maintaining what?”
Substance over hype
Web3 deserves better than chasing FUD. Understand the mechanics first, then decide.
From the note: “Most are just chasing FUD.”
